WMSL's CEO Mr. Somkiat Chinthammit acts as University Council and Chairman of Risk Management Committee of Mahasarakham University (MSU). On the 22nd of December 2010, Mr. Somkiat attended the graduation ceremony of over eight thousand students from MSU that was presided over by HRH Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn. Representing Thailand's beloved King Rama IX, His Royal Highness Bhumibol Adulyadej, Princess Siridnhorn is the very popular Royal Patron of Mahasarakham University. At the said ceremony, MSU granted the Honorable Degree to KASIKORNBANK CEO and President, Mr. Bantoon Lamsam (PhD in Finance) and Workpoint Entertainment CEO, Mr. Panya Nirunku (PhD in Communication Arts / Media), who are both popular figures in the financial and entertainment industry of Thailand.
