On the 20th of May 2023, Wealth Management System Limited (WMSL) and WealthMagik organized a Boot Camp for the contestants of the “Savings Build the Nation” Awards Season 8. The online Boot Camp aims to equip contestants with animation development techniques and essential knowledge to save and manage money effectively. The Boot Camp had an impressive lineup of guest speakers, comprising accomplished professionals from the animation industry and financial experts alike. Their collective wisdom and experiences inspired the contestants and provided them with valuable industry insights.
Informative topics have been featured in the online boot camp. These were "Helping the Parents for Retirement Plan" by Khun Natthawut Khaoorn (Senior Manager at WMSL), "How to Manage Time to Get Great Results" by Khun Santi Laohaburanakij (Deputy Managing Director at Vithita Animation), "Introduction to Bonds" by Khun Sirinart Amornthum (Senior Vice-President of TBMA), and "The Importance of Storytelling" by Khun Wanchalerm Chootragool (Thai NFT artist / Animated Film Director / Art Director / Production Designer / Character Designer, his past well-known work is “Khan Kluay” the first Thai 3D animation in 2006).
WMSL organized the Savings Build the Nation Awards, the nation's biggest financial animation competition, in cooperation with Software Park Thailand. Along with support from the National Science and Technology Development Agency (NSTDA), Thai Animation & Computer Graphics Association (TACGA), and the Thai Bond Market Association (TBMA), the project aims to raise awareness among the Thai people to recognize the value of saving money for their future stability as well as the nation. For this year's contest, there are 169 participating teams competing to be the only CHAMPION!
